Making Ice Cream





Can Room 15 make ice cream using 3% fat milk?


Equipment + Ingredients

Milk

Cup

Salt

1 tbs

Sugar

2 sealed Lunch bags

Towel

spoon

Ice

Vanilla essence


Methodology

1.First you get two lunch bags one has to be small

2.Once you have done that pour 1/2 of milk into the small bag and add 1 spoon of sugar

3.Then put in some 1/2 tbs of vanilla essence in your small bag

4.You then put 4 cups of crushed Ice into the big bag and put 1 tbs of salt with the Ice

5.After all of that release the air out of the both bags and seal it back together and put the small bag of milk into the big bag and seal back and start shaking the two bags which will make Ice cream.


Outcome

The Outcome of my Ice Cream was not so great because my one was like a soup instead of thick solid stuff. My result was so good as others were like normal Ice cream. I think that now I could do better.


Further Questions or Research to Do.

Further questions I wonder how salt melts down the ice much quicker?

Also how did it work by shaking the bag of Ice with the cream?And how did this milk become Ice cream?
What would it taste like with no flavour?
