Footbath

People use the drinking fountain to wash their feet the could not wash their feet properly. Our teachers will get angry at us because they would be holding up our class. It was fustrating too, because the water was not hard enough to get your feet washed properly.Your parents will get angry at the mess.

Our design that we made is going to be in our bay. Our footbath washer will be stronger than the drinking fountain, so we can wash our feet more easily.

We choose this design because children won't be all muddy and they won't stain the carpet in class.

Back to The Future

We were learning to include speech in a paragraph today.

Wake Forest University.

What a week with Wake Forest they came to learn what our school does. they are from u.s.a state of North Carolina. 9 students were from Wake Forest. It was very exciting. all of the classes had a student to see what teaching is like. They are going to go to Rotorua, Wellington, and then Dunedin . It was really fun having them.

Basketball Shoes

This is a a photo of how basketball shoes have changed since 1950,s to 2011. how has it changed well jordans are high top shoes so when they do slam dunks or jumping it does not hurt there ankles but hurts there knees. the material is hard so it does not affect there ankles. when they wore converse shoes it use to hurt them because the material was thin so this poster has showed how basketball shoes have changed over the year.

Marble run

tweaking and fixing our marble track was challenging because we had to make it go down with out making it fall. Every time we tried our track it did not work. So we made miner mistakes we fixed them we kept on trying it was fun because we played with the toys.Sometimes we made minor adjustments we were working together well.


never giving up we tried and tried to make our marble run wouldn't work. we kept on making modafaciatons every time Mrs King and filmed our marble track it fell of . we persevered till the end. it was very fun.

Straw tower

Making a straw tower was challenging because we had to try make it stand with out standing without holding it. We tried to make it stable or it will fall. we used a strategy to make it BIGGER. as we were going along making our straw tower we had a lot of fun trying to make it taller our one kept on falling because we didn't have a foundation. we did this because it was the start of the term we were learning which is could BIGGER BETTER FASTER STRONGER. some problems we had was that we kept on getting into arguments and never got to work. but at the end it payed of because we came first place. We had fun.
