Ma'a Nonu

Barging down players, Ma’a Nonu weaved in and out through the opposition. Fast and agile, he dodged through the team trying to get a run away.  Strong and furious Ma’a Nonu sliped out of the tackle and dived over the line.

All blacks legend Jonah Lomu had his debut in the all blacks, in 1994 to become one of the fierest players in all time history. He was a big tongan man, also a intimidating player. He had 63 games with the All Blacks.

In  1997 Jonah Lomu found out that he had a kidney disease. Grant Kereama gave him one of his kidneys.
For many years he looked for teams to play for and then finally he retired at 2007.

The Origins of Rugby

1859 there was a school named Rugby. They played a game similar to Rugby but was called football. Players couldn’t run with the ball but they were permitted to handle the ball. Enormous rolling mauls caused major injuries as hundred of players were allowed to play so there was no fix limit of players of the field.

Then in 1823 a kid named William Webb Ellis ran with the ball. People thought, “What is going on?” It took 22 years just to write the first rules for the new game of Rugby.

Harry Potter

Watching Harry potter was fun I kept on running like a horse my sisters then told me "not to sit with me". The movie really cool I wanted to take the movie Home, but I didn't. My mum Kept on talking and talking I was so embarrassed. The movie was very dramatic I was almost going to cry. My favorite scene was when Voldemort dies. Now all I am waiting for is that the movie is going to be on sale.

Footbath

People use the drinking fountain to wash their feet the could not wash their feet properly. Our teachers will get angry at us because they would be holding up our class. It was fustrating too, because the water was not hard enough to get your feet washed properly.Your parents will get angry at the mess.

Our design that we made is going to be in our bay. Our footbath washer will be stronger than the drinking fountain, so we can wash our feet more easily.

We choose this design because children won't be all muddy and they won't stain the carpet in class.

State of origin 3

Waiting for state of origin to start I was hoping Queensland would win.watching the game I was screaming for Queensland and they got the first try. I was so pleased to see that Greg inglish got it.Watching thirston going for the kick was hard to see and I screamed they got the kick right through the goal. Now the hard bit was watching the rest of the game cause if they lost they would have no shield.and thankfully Queensland won. YAAAAAAAAAAY

Trip To Motat

Shaking in the motat I said “can we go here, there and everywhere?” I just knew Miss King was sick of me.First we had a class we learnt about how inventions have changed over the decades.I looked at the camera's there was one in particular that was my favorite that was the brownie camera it was made in the 1900s by the Kodak company. We also looked at the new Zealand inventions one was the buzzy bee.

Going into the tactile dome was very fun.My favorite part was getting stuck in the net and going down the slides I was the first one to get out of the dome. We finally got to explore the motat We went to the hands on touch room so where ever you are in the room your allowed to touch. Brandon an
d I went in the earth quake room it was funny because Brandon was hitting his head on the table.
